Took the family for a 4 day getaway. Great value! The company leaves you alone allowing you to unwind and experience this wonderful little town. It can get a little warm as there’s no AC in the home, but they do provide a few box fans. Definitely will use them again!

Ski View 6 is the perfect place to stay for your next trip to Red River!! It truly felt like a home away from home. It is updated & incredibly inviting. The location is perfect - right on main street - AND they have tall enough chairs on the patio to see over the balcony - which is key. You have a unobstructed view of the face of the mountain so you definitely won't miss out on seeing the fireworks every Saturday night in the winter. Whether you have 2 people or 6 people, it still feels like enough space. And the sectional couch is just as comfortable as the king size beds! We stayed at the West Yankee Gold Mine house the week of July 20 2020. On the night of the Friday the 24th our group was sitting in the front yard in our lawn chairs and I fell back on the railroad ties that were in front of the house and fractured my back due to the railroad ties being uneven. I laid on the couch until Saturday afternoon and when I tried to get up I could not, we called the local ambulance and I went to a Hospital in Tao's. Then a long ride home to stay a week in the Hospital for pain management. So while in the Hospital I called Red River Real Estate to ask them for there Insurance Carrier for the property and just to see if maybe there could be some help with my Medical Bills and was told that there is no insurance on there properties. I find this hard to believe..... I was not upset with Red River Real Estate until the owner told me this. I just wanted to check with there Insurance Carrier to see if there was any help and was strongly denied the information. Not Happy.......

Stayed a week at Whispering Pines and loved every minute. Very relaxing, great location, check in and out was very simple with Red River Real Estate. Great communication, 100% will book with them again in the future.
