Cottam's Lodge

We had so much fun staying at the lodge. We stayed in lodge B and it was super spacious. The room was fully furnished with pots and pans and dishes and everything you’d need to cook. The only thing that was missing was a potholder and broom! The room was very clean and equipped with a DVD player and satellite TV. The staff was super nice and helpful. It’s in the perfect location, only a mile and a half from the ski valley. We will defiantly be coming back to stay here.

We had a really nice stay!! Only 5 min from the slopes. Rooms were very toasty! Only downfalls were the cookie sheet pans are too big for the stove oven and would like a bigger coffee pot. Also needed USB charger in my room.nnWe are interested in staying at the Alpine Suites in the village next time. Could you please send pricing?nnMy son forgot his GroPro and shaving bag in the room. The shaving bag belonged to his grandfather. GoPro was left on night stand by the bed and shaving kit was hanging on back of bathroom door. Please check in the room for these items. Thank you.

I stayed at the Cottams Lodge. You get what you pay for. I went for just 1 night to ski at Taos for a couple of days. Good - convenient to the skiing, easy check in, clean with all that was promised (microwave, fridge, coffee pot, etc.). Bad - need some simple maintenance. Ugly - TERRIBLE internet so if you want to watch Netflix or any other streaming service forget it, get a room upstairs because if you are downstairs like I was you are going to hear every sound from the unit above.

This was a perfect spot for a weekend away! The staff was very friendly, the room was perfect for two humans and a dog, and the proximity to the resort is amazing. We will be back for sure.
