This is a great place to get info in the surrounding area to include wonderful sites. The drive from the visitor center to the gorge bridge was scenic and absolutely beautiful. I recommend this place for hiking, camping, fishing, time with family and kids, or to just get away and meditate. Seriously breathtaking!

Solid place to stop and visit between Taos and Espanola. During COVID-19, the center is not open, but they have pit toilets and some picnic tables available. A lot of rafting groups meet and use the parking lot. The picnic tables overlooking the river make a great lunch spot/break.

Clean had to make a pit stop. Every time I've had to stop it's always clean

Clean with courteous staff. They were able to answer my questions.

Very limited hours (closes at 2pm). Exhibits you can when they are closed, so so but interesting. Sometimes have some good brochures. Worth a stop to stretch your legs.
