Doctors and front desk folks are nice but it’s literally like pulling teeth to get anyone to call you back there, even when it’s about very important test results. They’re also very disorganized and don’t seem to know what’s going on a lot of the time.

I love audrey. All though she is leaving in the end of may. She is always helpful and is very funny. She always lightens the mood and makes you feel better about things.

I thought it impossible to get worse, I was wrong. Last week I was told by two people in management I couldn’t get prescription written by my md because the one for last year had run out. That was the purpose Of going to the clinic in the first place. It seems the last six months it has gotten worse. I’ve waited as long as 21 days to have a prescription called to pharmacy. What’s scary is they are never wrong, and choose to fight you.
