9 to 5 Ship and Print

Absolutely wonderful staff and owner! Awesome to see they are staying open and serving the community during the pandemic. They are offering curbside service, all safely equipped with personal protective gear, and offer masks and gloves for free to customers in need. Very prompt and efficient service! I have been a customer for years and will continue to use them for my graphics, copies, and shipping needs!

Owner/ Manager hates her job. Seems like they charge what they feel at the time. Today I was over charged. No set prices. I got a lecture because they didnt like how I sent the files to be printed. Dont go there...Copy Queen values customers way more then they do, just go there

I usually go to copy queen because I live on the other side of town but figured since I was nearby I would support this local business instead.nnI needed a prepaid label shipped. Instead of trying to figure out what email it was sent to I just screenshotted the label and emailed to my main account. They are doing curbside service only so I emailed to their email and called to let them know I was there and needed it printed. The woman can out and charged me $3?! For a black and white shipping label...nnI proceeded to say that I didn't realize it was going to be so expensive and she told me that it took them awhile to open in photoshop and resize it. The whole transaction from me emailing, to calling to her bringing it out took less than 4 minutes.nnNot sure if she was just having a bad day, as we all can have sometimes, but I would be cautious about what you get printed there and either ask beforehand or take your business to an honest place like copy queen.

I am very sorry people feel the way they do about pricing. I wish everyone would understand we have to download, print, than erase, blah, blah, blah. So yes it's 3.00 a download with tax. $3.26 for 1 downloaded paper. We have stayed open, done our best to please our customers the best we can during this time. So in order to do that prices have changed, so we can stay open & pay people to be here or this would just be an empty building like many others. We have a price list outside and we have now gone back to normal hours of 9 to 5pm. Come by & say HI to our friendly staff as we are still working curbside & ready to serve you..
