My Dr. gave Linn Care my number. My CPAP machine was lost in our move. My sleep has been horrific without it. I received a message from Victoria. I called Victoria back she didn't understand why I was calling. Her notes were in her Santa Fe office she would have to call back. 2 days later no return call.nShe was very scattered said CPAP machines ran $1500-$3000. I could possibly rent to own. Then she said they were $3000 period and I could get a cheaper one through another company-she gave me their number. Said she would call me back w rent to own information. I was out of town for a week no return call. A week & a half went by before I called her back. It took her two minutes to tell me I wasn't eligible for rent to own. I told her I didn't care for her service. Victoria told me she was overworked and there were priorities-I wasn't one of them. I told Victoria she was obnoxious. I hung up. This is a low class organization if Victoria is any indication.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I am on oxygen therapy and Lincare is providing my equipment. Two weeks in a row they have NOT delivered my filled tanks even though I have called to be put on the schedule and the day before I have called to remind them. The first time I received a call of apology when I complained but even though I was assured my tanks would be delivered yesterday, I have heard absolutely nothing, I am sending a complaint to Lincare Corporate headquarters, but in the meantime I have a 45# concentrator that provides me with oxygen but I am limited to going only to places with an electrical outlet. No dinners out, shopping or a movie.nThe Taos Lincare is incompetent and indifferent to the needs of the patients. I will never use them again.

My friend was recently placed on oxygen.. last week Lincare was set to deliver oxygen to her to replace the two empty tanks. No one came. She called and was told that they were sorry but she would be placed on the list for this week but to call and remind them yesterday. Which she did... They did not deliver today. This is totally unacceptable. What does a person have to do to get service with your company?? Luckily she has her concentrator, or she would be dead!!

I am writing on behalf of my husband who is on oxygen at night for his COPD. Taos Lincare has suppled his machine for years. They regularly clean and check it, plus they recently upgraded with a great new concentrator. We have found them to be kind, caring, and responsible. K. Pruitt of Taos
