He was detail oriented and thorough with his evaluation of my needs, we made an appointment to meet that next week. I first contacted Monica at Insure Taos in 2015 regarding health insurance. I left a message for her and she called back right away. Monica is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made finding an insurance plan easy. She answers most of your questions before you even ask. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she finds the answer and calls back, or emails the answer within a very short time. I like that she is honest, straight-forward, and really knows her business. I highly recommend her services. It feels like she really cares.

Monica helped me navigate the Insurance Marketplace and came up with a plan that was just right for me. She cares, has patience, and always gets back to me right away.
