They want $30 dollars for you to get your medical records (just 20 pages or so) and want to use the whole 30 days required by federal law to do it. HIPAA says it must be reasonable or that they provide a digital copy, but they do neither. Once again proving the medical industry only cares about money. Trash.

They are very money hungry. 30 dolloars for a copy of your medical records even for the first set. I did not even get them the first day have to wait for up to a month. Walked in and out of Gerald champion sleep center with Mt medical records for free.

This place is amazing!!! Every staff member is nothing but happy and courteous. Dr. Spencer did my surgery and I was more than pleased with the outcome and how I was treated post-op. I can’t say enough good about the whole team at this office. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I have been putting off my pain in my foot and finally decided to seek professional help. They day I called NM Bone & Joint Institute for an appointment they got me in same day. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and very personable. Dr. Anderson’s demeanor was so welcoming and I felt so comfortable discussing my concerns about my medical issues. So, so thankful and grateful for this wonderful treatment center.

For A Dr. Office this one has much appeal. Everyone I came into contact with was very pleasant. The Dr. Took a lot of time with me and explained exactly how my ankle was broken, the reason he chose the treatment he did (cast), all about the care of the cast, etc. This was a great visit and I would recommend this office to anyone!
