East Bliss Health and Dental Clinic (East Bliss Clinic)

This is literally the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. The customer service is absolute garbage, and the phone number never works to schedule an appointment. In the past 48 hours I have called 5 different numbers trying to get a hold of the dental clinic to set up an appointment.nnThere’s a secretary at the front desk of the dental clinic whose job is to literally pick up a phone when it rings and schedule an appointment for you, and it’s nearly impossible for them to figure out how to properly do that. I have a lot of things that I need to be doing in a work day, the last thing on my list of priorities is walking over to the clinic to make an appointment in person when the year is 2021 and phones are “a thing”.nnA side note: back in March of Last year (2020) I scheduled a dental appointment. I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early, because I’m a professional. I checked in at at the front desk, and waited for an hour in the waiting area. I’m not exaggerating… It was literally an hour. Finally I went up to the front desk again and asked “when am I being seen?” The response I got was that they had rescheduled my appointment for a different day.nnLet’s unpack this for a moment. Before I had arrived that day, my appointment had been rescheduled. I checked in that day 15 minutes early For what I thought to be my appointment. I... Checked… In… Nobody at the front desk told me that my appointment has been rescheduled… Nobody called me with at least 24 hours notice. How is this level of negligence tolerated? It’s deeply concerning.nnThis type of behavior is just completely asinine, and quite frankly in the real world people who do this get fired. The only reason that we are keeping people like this around is because... on second thought... I won’t finish that sentence. If you’re a uniformed Soldier you know why.nnI would expect this behavior from “Joe Schmuckatelee” who is an E-nothing and doesn’t know left from right, but why are we allowing these pathetic employees to run the day-to-day operations of our health clinic when they can’t even figure out how to schedule, and reschedule appointments properly.

Front desk woman was rude and abrupt. Not caring at all. Lily talked to me like she couldn’t care less about me, talking to me like I was a child. The care here is also less than standard. They don’t listen to what you have to say and often times dismiss you completely. Do not recommend.

Impossible to get ahold of anyone to make an appointment

Can almost never get through the phone line to even speak with someone for an appointment and they will make sure they rude when you finally do get an appointment to show up for.

They never call you back. Phone numbers don't work half the time either.
