Patriot Family Dental

We are a military family and my first impression was great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. When we went the first time to this dentist. I have asked if there Dentist is specialized in crowns. I was assured that he / she is. So I decided for me and my family to come to this location. I have to say I am very disappointed. I walked around with a temporary crown for almost 3 months do to the crown done by the Dentist where way and is still to big. I know she really tried. But unfortunately she has no experience in making crowns. I spoke with the office Manager Miss Jessica and she was very encouraging and scheduled me with another Dentist that works only on more difficult cases and Saturday’s she told me. ( i believe his name is Dr Ramirez) I had to request time off from my Work to make the appointment on Saturday. The dental assistance tried to fix the big and high crown by shaping it down. I was in there for about a good hour and unfortunately the crown is still to high. The assistant then takes me to the front and I wasn’t even able to get to see the Dentist I came in for. I informed the office manager that I did not wanted to go on with my second crown and if they could refund me my money back. The office manager said sure. And she said you should be done with your treatment with us. I did not get my deep cleaning done that I had paid for as well. I requested to speak with the office operator back in December and to this DAY no one reached out to me. It seems to me that when I voiced my complaint they want to get rid of me. And problem solved for them.

Great environment and I felt very well informed about my dental condition. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and I didn't feel they where pushing procedures on me. Will be coming back as long as I live here in El paso!

Been in El Paso for two years three months I been looking for a dentist that was about my care and treatment, not about there paycheck I had no luck until I found patriot family dental and I wish I can give more than 5 stars because the service was outstanding I felt like I was back on the east coast. They confirmed want I knew, when the other dentist was telling me lies because they just wanted to get my money. I take my reviews very serious go to Patriot family dental you will be welcomed

I absolutely love this place. The staff is beyond professional and courteous. I just want to say thank you to everybody for giving me my smile and my confidence back. Everybody’s amazing.

Very friendly, professional, great service. I was a walk-in emergency, saw me ASAP, Did a diagnosis, assistants and dentist explained everything in detail with treatment plan options. From the moment I walked in I knew I went to the right place.nHighly recommend!
