I went in for the first time. I asked what was the cost for teeth cleaning. They told me 125$, as best I remember. I said Ok I want my teeth cleaned. At the appointment they exrayed then asked me to return for another appointment . At the second appointment they cleaned my teeth then asked me to “fork” over 500$

My PCP, Dylan Otero, and all of the staff there have provided great service for me and my family. I appreciate all of their accommodations and assistance over the last couple years. Thank you all!!

I brought a complicated patient to Bobi Jo, who I had heard rave reviews about. She seemed competent upon meeting, but her medical assistant, Adrienna, is snotty and rude while she tells me I need to write the doctors letters myself, and she will print them out on their letter head and have Bobi Jo sign them. Is that even legal or ethical? I don't know, but I have done all the footwork Adrienna asked of me, found where to refer us, gotten their contact info, written the letters, and I still sit, waiting months for referrals to get sent in. My daughter is deteriorating before my eyes, while I wait over 3 months for one referral, and now I am heading in to month 2 on waiting for other paperwork. I don't know if its Bobi Jo, or Adrienna who is the problem, but to leave my child sit and suffer is unacceptable. From the beginning, I asked Adrienna to fax me paperwork. She kept telling me to come pick it up, and i kept asking her to to fax it to my personal fax line. This is truly sad, but my instincts tell me Adrienna is causing further, ridiculous delays in paperwork to punish me for asking her to fax.nI have spoken to others in the community who worked there, and they all say the same story about Adrienna.nWell, i have insurance, I am not stuck needing a sliding scale, I have options. Thank you, but no thank you. I loved Ben Archers dental providers, but I will find someone who can actually perform the necessary functions of a Primary Provider.nHow come, when fast food messes up my order, i get my money back, but when a doc refuses to provide the essential functions you show up for, they still get to bill?
