Sorry to say the church just wants money. A funeral for a loved one , they say a donation to the father. However, $200 is what they want and expect. Well thats a bill not a donation. A family member wanted a rosary, they charged $30 for the rosary, they were given $45, no change given. It's also worth noting the family have been a part of the parish for more than 16 yrs. It's sad however it's what happened. The catholic church is a business/club.

I have been all over the world and worshiped at many different Catholic Church's. I was so excited to attend Sunday mass so as to feed my spirit with spiritual food. The service was extremely rushed, the homily was all of 3 minutes and the priest did not smile once during the mass. From start to finish, mass was exactly 30 minutes. As a newcomer to town, I thought there would have been a warm welcome. It was cold and I did not feel the spirit whatsoever. If you are a charismatic Catholic, this church is not a good fit at all. If you are looking to just go through the motions, you'll be in and out in 30 minutes...kinda like a pizza at Pizza Hut.
