Food is almost always good. The way time is just long. Wanted something different than the usual deep fried batter so I tried the grilled salmon and shrimp. It was surprisingly really good!

Yuk! Fish was terrible. Service was terrible. Order was wrong. :( I asked for fish & chicken combo the man taking my order just picked one. I finally found it on menu and said could I have the (I think #14) it was fish, chicken and two kinds of shrimp, Mac & cheese and French fries. The man was rude and said well let me change it then....turns out he didn’t or they just filled it wrong but here’s what i got: Mac was awful, kids wouldn’t eat it either. Fish was absolutely gross and mushy on the bottom so we didn’t eat that and I didn’t get either shrimp. Only the 2 pieces of chicken were salvageable for almost $10! They had me pull into a parking spot (presumably because something wasn’t ready) not a problem, but then make the whole order fresh? Or at least make sure it’s right! Frustrated is an understatement. I do not recommend.

Well first and last all my food taste like fish?nWhy you ask well I'll explain I order 2 root beer floats one swirl oreo and ask if they had onion rings well they taste like fish, chicken,hush puppies and old oil but not like onion ring and they took a long time to serve or receive my order so no more A&W it was awful good luck

The food was fresh, nice and hot, but the guy who took my order made the process fun. He seemed happy to be working and made me happy in the process. This never happens. Whoever that guy was is a keeper. (No fast food joint has gotten five stars from me EVER)

I go to A&W/Long John Silver's every time I go to Alamogordo, food is always fresh, fish is excellent but I love their Bacon Double Cheeseburger ❤
