Worst Sonic I’ve been to. I don’t understand the incompetence with all the food locations in Alamogordo. My wife and I came to this location to get an Oreo Big Scoop Cookie Dough Sundae on the mobile app. And we get it. It was busy tonight so service will be on the slower side. However, does it really take +30 minutes to come out with the order and it’s not even the right one (they brought out three blasts, not sundaes)? Mind you, everyone else who ordered AFTER us received their order. We told the young lady working here that we’ve been waiting for awhile and our order was wrong. We received some low key attitude from the employee (huffing under her breath, which I see as disrespect). We asked for a refund and they told us to call a number to speak to a representative which we did. Should get the refund in 7-10 business days. Absolutely ridiculous.

Fast and friendly staff, and they work hard to keep it this way. The Car Hops are out there busting it all of the time, so that we can relax a bit.nSo don't be afraid to tip them the price of that frozen latte once in a while; they do that good of a job.

We enjoy going here, as we can always order for Lucky. We don't eat in front of him. Plenty of room for vehicles, good food, friendly, and fast service.
