I understand being behind but I don't understand not communicating. As a dasher I have communicated all throughout my wait there. Waitstaff blaming cooks and cooks blaming waitstaff. I was outside waiting for about an hour waiting. I called twice told it wasn't ready. Neither order. I go to go in and find out 5 or 6 other dashers have been waiting a while. Food was ready and nobody could care less until someone demands a manager. There should be 2 people to man the Togo orders while they are extremely busy. It was chaos when it should not have been. Again I understand to a certain extent but if food is ready to go let's make sure it goes.
Waited 45 minutes. Called twice. Promised my food would be out. Got back to my house. All the food was cold. Chicken was hard. Steak over cooked. The petals were way over seasoned. Applebees for now on.
Long story short if you like the paper left on your cheese and burgers undercooked go ahead and order. I tried to call and waited about 15 minutes to not talk to anyone, so here’s the review..nn4/5 times they have messed up our order.
Lunch was great. Tried going back for dinner at 7:50 pm and hostess said they stop seating at 7:30pm because they have to close at 9. Hours on google do not reflect actual operating hours.
Quiet busy for 1:30pm.A little short on staff i would say.Yet our waitress was quick,polite and didn't get short when she to repeat everything to an old,fat bald who can't hear.Our salads we very good,totally hit the spot.We will be back.
