My father has no choice but to accept treatment from lash since he's the only Urologist in Silver like others have said in the reviews. The doctor put a normal catheter in and he kept getting infections, so then he put a catheter in from the side of his body which resulted in more infections and pain. He ended up in the emergency room multiple times because of his third world work and now he has a third cut in his body because the catheters keep failing.nnLash doesn't believe in pain management, he won't prescribe pain pills, and my dad has suffered greatly over the years. I want to sue this man for what he's done. PLZ Fine another doctor for your family members, don't let this guy treat anybody.

My father-in-law had a catheter implanted by Dr. Lash. When he left he had no idea how to care for the bag, he had nothing to strap it to his body so it was dragging and leaking on the floor. He said it was extremely painful , so he detached the bag. I drove in from Dallas to try and help him. He was just leaking from the tube all over himself for 3 days. The office is only open until 3pm and closed Thursdays, so it's no wonder it's impossible to get an appointment. When they finally got us in we could only see the nurse and not the doctor because he was too busy. She gave us a new bag, but they had no bags that fit the tube, so it's taped on, leaks, and must be retaped at least 3 times a day, which he can't do himself due to neuropathy. Why on earth would you implant a catheter tube that is too small for any of the bags in your own office? I'm just grateful he hasn't gotten an infection yet. Unfortunately, he won't be able to see the actual doctor for a real solution until mid July, over a month after getting the new bag, because he's going on vacation. I feel sorry for all the people in Silver City being forced to go to this urologist. Apparently, he's the only one in town, which is clear from the way he treats his patients.
