I feel that Dr. Mora is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a pediatrician.nnWe took our daughter in for a yearly physician. Our concern was her left eye going crossed eyed and her inability to see objects with her peripheral vision. Dr. Mora used a device to test our daughter's eyes. Results from that machine came back with no visible signs of an eye issue.nnDuring the course of the next two weeks our daughter continues to experience the aforementioned issue with her left eye. Our concerns grew because accompanied with her cross eyed issue, she began to experience double vision and pain in her left eye. We decided to voice our concern to Dr. Mora and this is when the worse experience began.nnIn order for our daughter to see a specialist the specialist required a referral. Dr. Mora wouldn't write a referral because she stated we didn't need a referral. Dr. Mora and her staff would not return voice messages in order for us to voice our concerns about the new issues. I even had to have the specialist's staff call Dr. Mora and request a referral. My wife decided enough was enough and went in to her office for the referral. During this visit the reliable eye machine gave the doctor an indication that our daughter has hyperopia. A referral was supposed to be faxed, but when we were advised of an updated fax number Dr. Mora didn't return voice messages again! It took us a month before a referral was even considered. The worst part is us as parents attempting to get ahead of any possible serious issues, but Dr. Mora acts as if technology is always reliable and acts as if giving a referral is such an unnecessary request.
