An Air BnB and Anglican Church of Old. Sacred space for a retreat of the quiet and nature oriented type. The Air BnB offered is an old building for the nuns living on site years ago, on the grounds with a church (still active) and other buildings. It's got spacious grounds and lots of birds. The 7 units share 2 communal bathrooms, laundry facility, sitting room and kitchen/dining area. It is attached to the chapel still used on Sundays for Anglican mass. The entire grounds and buildings exude a beautiful peaceful feeling, respectful of quiet, others and the sacred ground we walk upon. The caretaker is so kind and responsive. The nun's quarters are owned by the church which holds mass in the chapel on Sundays. If you are looking for a quiet contemplative retreat nourishing to the soul, or a serene peaceful getaway and don't mind the sound of other quiet but respectful visitors, this is a divine little place to stay, in one of the most beautiful areas of this country which has not been washed up and wasted by commercial interests and developers. The Gila is not far away - literally a 10 minute drive to it's borders. So communing with the divine is easily and readily available in various forms, in this sweet sweet spot.

There's a very nice Airbnb in here. I've stayed 3 times and I found it lovely!

We love staying here. You can rent a room when traveling and visiting the area in and around Silver City NM . Clean, neat, tidy, big, just wonderful, family friendly, off street parking , safe.
