Tried this place again after years of not going there because of a bad experience. We should have learned. Food was mediocre at best. There were a couple of redeeming items. The tacos were good! Also the green chile was very flavorful. The rest was pretty meh. The tamale was awful...no flavor. Didnt care for the rice. However hubby did like the green stuffed sopapillia but said it was a little rubbery. The service was not up to par either. Theyre only at 25% and had maybe 7 tables but 3 waitresses. Finally got someone to take our order...she hurriedly dropped off the food and thats the last we saw of her. No checking on us, no refills...nothing. No check was brought either. We had to stand in line for 20 min while she gave out to go orders, answered the phone, etc. We had to remind her where we had been sitting. Management needs to hire more help. We'll stick to Jaliscos. The food and service are always impeccable there.
Service was a bit slow but the portions are huge for the price and the green chile is great!
Stopped on our way to Gila and would highly recommend you do the same.
Pretty good service and food. I'll be back for sure.
