If I could I would rate it zero stars! I was so disappointed with their service that I will never use greyhound for transportation. My son was suppose to be picked up at Granby Colorado on Saturday June 8th to arrive at Los Angeles on Sunday June 9th. Well, for whatever reason they cancelled that stop for Saturday & Sunday! My son had nowhere to go , no where go stay . No extra $. He was supposed to go to work on Monday. Greyhound personnel told me they wouldn’t have information until Sunday evening but if he liked to travel this would. E good for him. They didn’t care where he was staying or how he would pay, not knowing his financial situation. They didn’t care! My recommendation is do not book a trip if it’s in a small town pick up.Only at a greyhound station. By the time my son got home , he lost his job. Why? Greyhound doesn’t care!
Got a flat tire on the way to steamboat springs. Not a word from the driver about what was going on, we were left wondering why we weren't leaving the stop in Granby. After 30 minutes or so I finally asked the driver who said we had a flat tire and help was on the way. 4 hours later my sister cane and got me as the bus still sat there waiting for help to arrive. No refunds or any compensation were offered.
Store is good have variety is a block
Worst possible way anybody could ever have travel I have never not once in all my years had a good travel experience with that company rude rude nasty just rude
