Perfect Teeth - Boulder

I appreciate Dr. Mears and his staff! They did a fabulous job. They were very kind. They went over my treatment plan with me, being very clear about what I should expect. Let me know I could be facing a root canal but not expecting so. He saved a tooth with a crown that another Dentist said would not be worth saving. I appreciate his honest, yet concerned appeal for the health of my tooth. He's a great Dentist and his assistants are kind and considerate! Thank you for caring about my mouth more than money!

Great staff - friendly, empathetic, and professional. I've been visiting this office for 30 years. Until about five years ago, staff turnover was high and continuity was a problem. If not for the past turnover, I would have given the office five stars. I hope the current staff remains. They are wonderful.

I scheduled an appointment with Perfect Teeth for a basic check-up and cleaning on Feb 4th sometime in mid-January of this year.nnPerfect Teeth called me to say that they had no dental hygienists to see me for my appointment on Feb 3rd and offered to reschedule me.nnThe earliest appointment they could schedule me for was March 5th. I accepted.nnThis morning (March 5th) at 6:37AM they called my personal cell phone to tell me that they, again, had no dental hygienists available to see me and offered to reschedule.nnThe earliest date they could offer was March 27th.nnI told them that I would try contacting the Erie and Longmont Perfect Teeth offices to see if they had anything earlier. I attempted to contact each office 2-3 times by phone today over the span of 4 hours and neither answered their phone.nnEdit: If you are a CU student who has experienced poor service from Perfect Teeth I encourage you to email studentinsurance at Colorado dot edu with ATTN: Stephanie Clark about your experience so that the next time the dental contract is awarded for our healthcare plan it isn't to Perfect Teeth. In the mean time it wouldn't be a bad idea to reach out to Perfect Teeth's corporate headquarters in Denver and let them know that the Boulder branch is likely not operating in accordance with their expectations. I don't intend for this review to be taken vindictively. CU's health care plan costs just shy of $4000 per year and I want every student to get what they deserve for their money.

I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Mears and his team. I’ve been a client for about two years with them and every time I receive excellent treatment, care and support. Dr. Mears knows his business and always offers the best treatment plan possible. Also, special thanks to Cindy, Cassidy and Jenna for everything they do. I highly recommend Perfect Teeth Boulder.

I was pleased from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. The tech who cleaned my teeth did an amazing job and was very knowledgeable. And at the end, the dentist came in and gave me helpful pointers on how I could take better care of my teeth. My smile is twice as bright today and I can’t wait to go back in six months for my next cleaning! I highly recommend them!!!
