Thank you for the quick service on takes out the food was awesome! We had a couple of sides missing but they fixed that quick and nicely!
Y’all really need to figure out your online order process.
Wether you receive 50+ orders at one time or 3, you need to get an effective system down and not overload the server.
We drove over an hour to your location, waited an hour and half past when they said it would be done to receiving a completely different order, missing a side salad and the lady forgot our drinks. Had to track down a manager to receive our second order.
Wasn’t the servers fault, as she had 30+ cars to take care of.
But hey, the whopping 6 tables inside defiantly needed two hostess to walk them to their tables instead of using one for outside.
Don't even bother with call ahead. These people are incompetent. Called an hour ahead. Waited another hour there. Watched them seat multiple tables ahead of us. Pretty frustrating. Some guy walked in and knew one of the waitresses so they throw them in ahead of us. Loved this place but now I'll never go back. Your kids running the front end are extra special.
It had been over 2 years since I went to Chili's and I walked away completely satisfied. Pleasant waiter, good food, awesome beer at a reasonable price. I'll be coming back before 2 years, promise!
I thought the food was good, the service was better but my company was best. My daughter was my date and i totally enjoyed every minuite of it. I did order to go for my husband at home, got my lava cake to go but when i got home it had turned into cheesecake! Imagine that!!
