We arrived in the middle of dinner rush. There was a wait but the most wonderful staff member went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. There was an hour wait and to make our wait comfortable Eric B hooked us up with some bread and butter as well as ice water. It is so rare to find great service anymore. This is truly exceptional. This guy deserves a raise guys because of him we stayed and will come back often. Thank you so much!!!

Firstly I will say we love LongHorn. The stars are for the food. It's consistently great and tonight was no exception. The service, on the other hand, was poor. We didn't have to wait to be seated. That was great. Once seated we waited, waited, waited for someone to come help us. It wasn't busy. Another set of folk were seated after us, we waited more then a sever went to them. If I hadn't flagged the server down to inquire if someone would come help us I think we would have been ignored longer. The server was nice but seemed put out to help us. Perhaps we were seated in a no server zone? A seating mistake? Our drink order was taken. No bread was presented like others around us had. Food order was taken. Food came out. Was delicious but we never saw the server again till it was time for the check. No asking if our food was ok after it had arrived. No drink refills. The server came, asked about desert, then presented the check. Sadly it seemed they were just fine with other guests but for some reason we were a 'problem '. Whether a seating error happened or whatever we felt as if we did something wrong. It was not a fun experience. Which was sad because this location has always been excellent with service and food.

This was my first time at a LongHorn Steakhouse. First time in Utah. First New York Strip Steak. The decor was beautiful and very fitting. The food was amazing! A wonderful culinary experience. Do yourself a flavor and go through.😋

We love longhorn. A good midrange option for a steakhouse. Not super expensive but not super cheap. The food matches the price. Quality is awesome. Great food, love the steak, salmon, and sides.
