Food was less than expressive, the chair was broken and they had no ketchup

I typically enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings buffalo wings but this was a bad experience all around. My family and I are trying to support, specifically restaurants, at this time and chose Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. Ordering online for pick up was easy but when we pulled up to curbside and tried to make contact via the curbside phone number we got no response. After waiting a short time my wife went in and mentioned the lack of response and didn't get any kind of apology or reason. we got our food and took it home (3min) drive. The french fries were awful, cold and soggy. Obviously left under a heat lamp for at least an hour. We ordered 20 wings traditional buffalo sauce and the desert dry rub. The wings were well cooked but had little to no sauce on them. I literally only got fry oil on my fingers when eating the buffalo sauce wings (see picture of my one and only napkin), the dry rub was not better. I won't order from here ever again. Quality control for outgoing food should be as high or higher than dinning in. And this places quality sucked!

Food is good here. Service is terrible. You're really putting them out if you want to be served. If they see someone walk in, its like they all get this look, like they don't want be the one that has to deal with another customer. They would just rather socialize amongst themselves than help the customers. Ordering food to go is a toss up as to whether online ordering will even work. When it does work, it said my food would be ready at 8:40. Got there at 8:30 to pay and expected to have to wait a few minutes for my food. She went and got it immediately. Am I supposed to be happy that if I had gotten there when the website said my food would have been sitting there for 10 minutes? Also if you try to call to place a to go order good luck even getting them to answer the phone sometimes. I really like the food, it's too bad.
