Ordered a couple days ahead with plenty of options to choose from. Everything went smoothly, fast set up and break down, staff was quick to respond to any questions and arrived on time. it was a very sturdy jolly jump. They even let us use it several hrs more than we had requested free of charge. Will use again for sure
Jolly Jumps is a great company. We are repeat and repeat and repeat customers! The grandkids really enjoy having one when they come to visit and it gives all the adults a break while they are enjoying themselves. Equipment comes extremely clean, the employees who deliver the equipment are extremely considerate and efficient . . . they arrive when they say and dismantle and remove when they are scheduled. Bravo!
Received an email the night before of when set up would be. The gentleman came on time and the set up was fast and he even moved it a bit to fit the way we wanted it to be. Pick up was also on time and fast. Very nice, very professional. Thank you!
I regularly use Jolly Jumps for school events, and I love working with them. They always want to make sure we are happy with our rentals, and they give me suggestions for future rental ideas based on our age group (high school). I especially enjoy working with Ricardo and Ashish.
The contactless drop off and pick up was easy and no fuss. They were quick and efficient,narrived when they said they would and were masked when they arrived both times. The bounce house was clean and worked great. The pricing is very fair. We will definitely be using them for any future parties!
