Extremely happy with services very professional instructor was awesome very detailed it was a refresher course for me, and I truly enjoyed it thank you so much for being professional! and the staff called multiple times to remind about the location in classes and answered all of my questions promptly.

At first I was nervous about taking this course as it was the first time I ever took a CPR class. But our instructor was amazing. Karl was a great teacher! He made the class fun and entertaining while using his songs and stories from his experience to help us retain the most important of information. He also shared with us many tips not listed in the manual that would come into play someday in our careers! I am very appreciative to have a teacher like Karl! I would definitely take this class again!

Jim is an absolute professional and made the 6 hour ACLS recert class fun, interactive and not intimidating. So many classes I have been in before make students feel anxious which does not help learning. Thank you Jim and Safety Training Seminars in RWC. I highly recommend for all healthcare professionals who need to obtain their ACLS/BLS certification!
