Lily the post master made the passport process for my child, and she did not make us ( parents) sign and it got delayed, we try on November 16 2020now its January 27th 2021, still no passport, even though we paid for expedite service. We had to cancel trips and the chance our family meet our new bundle of joy for christmas. If you want to get delayed your passport, then this is your office. Horrible horrible experience and service.
I usually go to this post office once every two weeks, and always have a pleasant experience with Steven.nnHowever on an instance where the delivery guarantee was just not met, the staff was unable to help me at all. The reasoning was that they knew nothing about the particular address I was posting to, as it is not in San Carlos. So expect a bad time once they finally lose one of your packages. You'd be ok if everything you post is being delivered in San Carlos though. :)
Had to renew my passport and Amber gave me excellent customer service. Very satisfied with the service I was given at this post office.
They lost my tax returns
I had to renew my passport . The staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful with regard to the proper paperwork, fees, and sending method. Suffice it to say, i did get my passport 2 weeks earlier than the expected 6 weeks. Even though there are sometimes longer lines, it moves quickly.
