I really enjoy going to Geoffrey's. And have for over 30 years. The jewelry there is exquisite, as well as the service. They all make you feel like family and special. The workmanship is always striking, impressive and pure quality. Always a pleasure to wear a piece I have purchased from them. The whole family truly enjoys working with everyone there.

The level of customer service and attention to detail from the moment you walk in the door (and are offered a glass of champagne and jewelry cleaning while browsing) is outstanding. Their selection is massive and stunning, so you may want to be prepared to stay a while. My experiences have been mainly with Sunny; she takes the time to listen to what you want, learns about you and can quickly and easily decipher what you’re looking for. There is never any sales pressure, or feeling that I’m being rushed in any way. If you’re looking for a jeweler that gives you one-on-one attention, has the small town feel of a familiar, friendly shop, versus a chain store, and fair and reasonable pricing with outstanding selection, Geoffrey’s should be the first stop on your list.

I have been a customer of Geoffrey’s for many years, and this review is long overdue. I have purchased many beautiful pieces of jewelry from diamond earrings, necklaces, my wife’s wedding ring, and jewelry for both my daughter as well as my son. The entire staff is great.They are always quick and efficient at cleanings as well. Highly recommend and they will always have something for your special occasions.nSonny,nYou have always been there from day one for me. I promised her not to say how long, ( thank you so much for everything) you have brightened my wife’s day in more ways then one (bling) but now you have come up with cool ideas for my sons sports necklaces, and jewelry and of course you made my daughters day as well. I am very impressed with Sonny, on how she presented the jewelry that I was looking for and on how she had helped me on my decisions as to which jewelry to purchase. She is outstanding, very nice, pleasant and friendly.nThe store itself, when you walk in, is very clean and inviting. The staff immediately smile and greet at you. They are very pleasant and friendly. They will even offer me a free jewelry cleaning on all my jewelries.nI am very pleased with my purchases, the quality exceeded my expectations and the prices are reasonable.

Came in for a clasp fix on a necklace that means so much to me. They were able to fix it on the spot. I also found an amazing ring while waiting. The staff was great and very welcoming. Go see them for anything you need jewelry related or just because!
