Installation was pretty good, but some issues with attention to detail, and it can be difficult to reach them.nnThe countertops turned out mostly as expected. We used 3cm quartz on the kitchen island to avoid needing an unsightly underlayment beneath the overhang. Though we expected the surface beneath the overhang to be unpolished, we didn't expect large black serial numbers on the white quartz. The company scheduled a service appointment to polish the numbers off, but they cancelled without notice. I was finally able to reach someone two hours after the appointment to find out it was cancelled.nnUpdate: They rescheduled for the next morning and polished the markings off.
