There was no signage (as described in instructions) that indicated whether the parking lot was still usable by Downtime Parking customers. I had to park elsewhere to avoid being towed. I paid for 6 hours. No helpline for support. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.nnThe Mirakl company had strong/distinguishable signs that made it clear that any-and-all cars would be towed away.nnHow are customers supposed to feel comfortable leaving their vehicles in a parking lot when the instructions were incorrect and are uncertain whether their cars will still be there when they return....?

The entrance google led me to was chained closed. I ended up having to park at a meter nearby.nnSo I paid for nothing I guess. At least nothing only cost $4

Have parked here a few times - need to reserve a space through their website. Cheap and easy - will park here again.
