Love this center really hyped energy!
Nice place and all. Unfortunately, portal b garage disability auto door switch did not work on 12/27/2019. I witnessed, a person on crutches unable to open door after pressing switch/button. Door was open by someone else there. Not sure why a place so new would fail ADA assistance.
What a great venue. I'm glad I traveled across country to be one of the first to ever be inside for a show. The sound of Metallica and the SF Symphony Orchestra WAS AMAZING!!!!!nI don't think there is a bad seat in the house. For the opening weekend everything went smoothly! We'll be back!
Lots of bad about Chase center rip off on the bag check 10.00 can’t even bring it in after paying they need to advertise to people about paying. Next leg room worst in the entire history of any venue very very very tight can’t be paying hundreds of dollars and sit through hell you can go watch something cheap like a movie and get great leg room and have recliner chairs Next you get free refills on drinks you would think that is good but all the drinks taste bland and like water.Next bathrooms are very small only couple stalls that is crazy on a new venue to build so many small bathrooms. Next they rush you out of the arena once the event ends they have workers kick you out not kidding only 10 mins after the event has ended I wanted to go the bathroom they said no leave that way crazy. Next the areas around Chase center is hard to walk around too much construction going on have to walk in circles just to get to Chase Center The best part about the Chase Center is the outside around Thrive Center you get the big screen and places to sit around and nice views but once inside it is like going to hell I hope they fix all of these soon
Saw Sir Elton himself. Was a blast! The upper seats are easy to get to but if you get vertigo I would avoid.
