Parking was relatively easy at the Japan town's garage. Lots of different things to do. Games and face painting/glitter tattoos for kids, clothes and art shopping, performances. The highlight for me was the amazing food trucks. Had the best fried squid I've ever had in my life and a very interesting poke nachos (with taro chips).

Entertaining mid-summer Japanese festival. Plenty of food vendors and live entertainment for a relaxing weekend. Very similar to the cherry blossom festival. Almost every restaurant is packed, so be weary of long lines. Inside the center there are lots of artisan craft for purchase. Parking can be tricky, unless you opted for the paid parking lot.

It's a cute matsuri-stype fair. Nothing amazing or special, but nice to have for Japanese residents and those interested in Japanese culture.
