Nicole is great and I highly recommend her as a PT and the practice overall. She is focused on fixing the root cause of your issue and not just treating the symptoms with a brace or a boot. You’ll need to do the exercises and work outside of your visits but your reward will be a pain free body. Who knew weak glutes could cause knee pain or weak feet muscles impact your Achilles.

I did physical therapy twice in my life, and this so far is the best place I've been. Nicole is a true legend, competent and keeps the morale up while doing exercises

Tyler was a great PT. He helped me understand for the first three how to stand up straight And straighten my neck. His exercises were just the right amount of challenging so I could do them on my own without worrying about hurting myself. Helped me a lot —I wish I could've gone for longer, and I'll prob go back at some point if needed.nnThey also seem to have good COVID protocols, symptom check-ins, including temperature, etc. Highly recommend.

BEST physical therapy in SF! The staff is very knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive to each of their clients needs. They communicate with your doctor, they use multiple PT techniques, they challenge you but they are cautious to avoid pushing too far. I am athletic and I am recovering more quickly due to their outstanding service! 100% if I ever needed PT again, this is where I would go!!!
