Alex was on time, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He re-keyed a lock for me. He worked quickly and was able to tell me extra information about my lock should I ever need to replace it completely. All in all, great service.
Called Alex yesterday when I stupidly locked myself out of my apartment. He was prompt to respond and even offered me a discount since I called through google .
