Wow! I rarely write reviews, but I had the best experience when Alex came to help me install 2 deadbolts, an August lock, and a new doorknob.nnAlex is so knowledgeable about locks, and gave me a rundown on the different levels of locks. He also gave me a suggestion on how to increase security on our metal gate. He is super friendly and helpful.nnI did a lot of research on Yelp before deciding on a locksmith, and am so glad I landed on using Lock World for my lock replacements! 10/10 would recommend.
Alex answered the phone on the first ring, 930 pm on a Wednesday night. After I explained to him that we needed our unit Re-keyed he asked a few qualifying questions, I asked for an estimate, his response seemed reasonable, and he said he could be over in 35 minutes. A short while later he was in our place, lock set off the door, new tumblers in place. Out the door by 10:20.nnGood guy, nice, conversational and knows his business. Super reasonable considering the time of day and speed of service! Will definitely use him again! Thanks Alex!
We needed a key storage lock removed from our gate. Affordable quote (best out of 3) and within 1 hour. Less than 2 hours later... it was gone! Great service and friendly guy!
