Convenient tram stop, go all the way to pier 39 from here! Trams are quite frequent.

Cool Muni light rail stop for the K train. It has a big arrival board which is nice. It is somewhat covered if it happens to rain. The platform is very long to accommodate a two car train which is nice if you want to get onto the 2nd train.nnIt is a major transfer and transit hub in this area with the Caltrain station nearby, and the N Judah platform just across the street. The 47 Van Ness starts about a block up. There is also the 30 Stockton stop just a block and a half up the street on Townsend street by the Beacon apartments.nnRetail around here has a variety of eateries and retail. There is Panera Bread, Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, Chase Bank, Philz Coffee, Umami Burger, Subway, Lucky Strike, and a public library.nnA great stop for a busy area.

Very bad service. They are always very late according to their schedule, many times they do not make their stop and the drivers drive at the pace they want.
