Mission Bay Library

Great staff and awesome selection, could be more cleaner.

Well this place says it's a library but after you get inside ,find a book you like or a place to plug in your phone so you can enjoy an e book you might start thinking your in the wrong place there are so many people with there kids just sitting around talking letting there kids do whatever but they are not here to read or use the computer to learn something no they have turn it into a daycare center and a hang out it would seem and they are not the homeless to these people are just there to be loud and rude to those that are reading if you ask the librarian if they would say something to them they tell you we can't tell them to stop talking whatever happens to the days of shhhh when you came through the doors of a library or you had to leave cause people came here to read learn not to talk about what they did over the weekend kids weren't allow to jump up and down and most of the people doing these things are not even speaking in English which I believe the U.S.A. uses as our language so what is this country coming to it even is starting to smell like some baby's dirty well you get my point so is it a library maybe but it appears to be a better daycare

My neighborhood library. Their selections are small yet enlightening since it's new books. Great to bring your laptop. It's pretty quite and lots of natural light and view of the Mission Creek. Now open 7 days a week. Wednesday's they stay open until 8pm and do have activities and events for kids and adults.

I didn't think to join the library, because I have been reading books on my smart phone for years. Then a friend told me about free electronic books to check out from the SF Library, so I went into this very lovely little branch library overlooking Mission Creek and became a library member. I noticed a wall of current magazines along with paper books, audio books, and movies. And great community information and events too. Paper book needs may be lessening, but the library is still quite relevant to our community!

It's nice place. Lot of kids around but nice place to spend time.. :) staff very friendly and helpful. I loved it .
