Avoid this location at all costs.nnOnce Covid started, I had asked to cancel my membership. The representative told me it was taken care of, and never followed up.nnCome November, and I get a call saying I owe $150 for overdue balance. It turns out Crunch had tried to bill me twice without giving any notice, despite me being told my membership had been cancelled.nnAgain, speaking on the phone with a representative, I was told my account had not been cancelled after all, and that this time it was. I was also told I would have to pay the overdue balance only upon rejoining.nnLow and behold, two months later I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe Crunch $150.nnSo Crunch not only lied about cancelling my membership, they lied about me not having to pay it until I rejoin, and then issued a debt collection behind my back. No warnings or communications were given for any of this.nnWhat they’re doing is illegal, unethical, and immoral. After three years of membership, I’ll never be coming here again. You can keep the $150, as it’s not nearly as much as you would have made from me rejoining. I’ll also be pursuing legal action.nnThis situation has been a common occurrence, and you can do a quick search online to see I’m not the only one with this issue. Avoid this location at all costs.

Love the pool. It's not big but cozy and so beautiful when the weather is nice.

Im a big fan of crunch fitness not a fan of this crunch fitness. I guess since im not from the immediate area they have to charge a 10 fee.... EACH DAY IM HERE mind you I have an account for 24hr fitness gave it the benefit of the doubt and payed.. payed for something that was no bigger than a day care for mediocre lifters no offense just what I saw.

They're billing me without permission, and not responding to support emails at all.nnI joined a few months before quarantine. The gym was good, the sauna was good, overall I was happy with the experience. When quarantine started, they closed down.nnI emailed to ask them to cancel my membership. They sent back an automated reply, and didn't acknowledge my request. Two weeks ago, they said they're re-opening. Again, I sent them an email to cancel my membership.nnThis time there was no response at all. Then, they billed me TWICE. I sent them yet another email, and again, received no response. I've emailed through both the website contact form, and their email directly.

I moved and I've been trying to cancel my membership since May. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails, and corporate gives me the run-around. Not worth it. Don't blame COVID -- the gym has been open during the 6-month window I've tried to cancel.nnEDIT: I emailed as instructed in Crunch's response below. The auto-reply stated that they cannot help me.
