This is my home gym so I go here frequently. The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The one reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is it’s very small. Plus it’s upstairs and downstairs. You would think being in San Francisco it would be a larger location. Still great though.

DO NOT join this gym. They have been stealing money from my account during the pandemic.nnI left SF 2 years ago and noticed that they have been still putting charges on my card. I have called the gym multiple times, have send them emails to cancel my membership but they require me to go in to stop payment.nnI don't even live in SF anymore and I don't want to go to SF walk into a gym to cancel a membership during the pandemic while I am not vaccinated. This could put my life in danger.nnOn top of that the gym was disgusting and I only used it twice while I was working in SF.

It's awesome nobody bothers me although I wish some people would bother me and ask me if I know what I'm doing because I'm brand new to the gym thing but other than that it's cool environment

Belonged there awhile back. The equipment was great and up to date and the staff was extremely cool and nice.nEspecially had a special strong bond with Edgar whom I really cared about, who originally signed me in the club my first day.nDon’t belong there presently, but it was a very good gym and I’ll always have a place in my soul and heart for Edgar who I’ll always think about.. I know Edgar is having a great life and my prayers and all my Love are out there to him..

This is a great gym for a very fair price. Equipment is available to suit most fitness needs. Staff are always welcoming and friendly
