ES3 PT is a great clinic. Brand new with the best PT in San Diego. Renee has been my PT for many years as i have had to work through many orthopedic injuries and manage a chronic illness. She’s always there ready to help. Her manual techniques are rivaled by none and her ability to create a fun yet healing atmosphere is perfect for me. I would highly recommend ES3 PT to anyone looking for PT.

ES3 has an amazing friendly staff. Renee has done a great job of building a comfortable, clean, organized PT office. She is an excellent therapist and has improved my quality of life. Her skills and knowledge have helped me through several injuries and surgery.

Renee has been my physical therapist for surgeries and injuries for quite some time, and as someone who has seen a lot of physical therapists, I can recommend her very highly. She has incredible skills as a physical therapist and enjoys taking on challenging cases (which has been great for me). I also love the way she runs her office. Her staff is always well-trained and knowledgeable, continually learning and growing, and Renee makes sure scheduling, insurance approval, customer service and more all runs very smoothly.

Renee has been my go-to physical therapist for the last 12 years. I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is an expert in finding the root cause of your pain and addressing it in effectively. She will make sure that you always understand your treatment and that you feel comfortable while you're in the clinic with her. Not only is she excellent in her technical skills, but she is incredibly easy to talk to and fun to be around. I find myself looking forward to appointments with her because she makes healing your body a really pleasant experience. I would recommend her to any family member or friend (and I have).

Renee is a thorough therapist. Patient, always listening but firm in her treatments. I'm not always the best patient and she won't let me forget her advice but everything is said with a smile so I know she has my best interest at heart. As a weekend warrior and former athlete with previous injuries, I'm always coming in with something different. Renee has the talent and training to provide a wide variety of solutions to help. I'm a patient for life and glad to have her close to home in Tierrasanta now.
