US District Court Clerk

Today I attended clerk offices in 2 Courts: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and Northern District of California Federal Court. The difference is huge.nCircuit Court employees were very friendly and polite. They helped me to find everything I needed. Unlike district Court Clerk.nIn the DIstrict Court Clerk Office, employees are discussing personal matters over the phone, laughing with each other. They are nice to each other, not to customers. When somebody needed help with Pacer system, they were rude and disrespectful. And they are get salaried for this by taxpayers.

Three stars because of the very helpful and humble people at the front desk. The northern district is a place that you get fooled by the judges if you don't have a lawyer. Many people complaint about unfair and prejudice about the judges is true. They don't have information for the public on the site or in the office as required but refer you to legal help center which they set up to make you bow for their abuses. If anyone need information and sample forms, go to central district website to find everything.nThe judges from this court will not step down even the person requested recuse and will give hard time as they will make their lifves upside down.nThe clerks are supposed to randomly assign judges but turned out they assign in favor of the lawyers who they have good relation. So prepare to take the abuses and do your research the judge and lawyer's history. Many of them worked at the same place or practiced at same lawfirm will fool you in plain sight.nIf you think you are honest and value the principle of life, this is not where they appreciate your dignity but they favor the liars and false statement or fabricated documents. If you committed crimes, you will get VIP treatment from some judges. I regret for not able to turn myself as a felon to get the respect from the judge.nBetter deal your grudge yourself. The court don't do what they are supposed to because the judges are lawyers who want to become authoritarian above the law with greed and personal achievement than justice.nThe court may have some honest and dignified judges that we do not know. The judges we had violated their guideline and ethic but no information where or who to bring the issue. The courts do not have information for the public on how their procedure works and what to do. Everything is hidden from public. If you are going to file complaint at this court, make sure you are prepared to make the judge to follow procedures.
