Judicial Council of California

I love the Judicial Council. They have helped in so many ways, as a person in propria persona. They get one star today because instead of fighting the legislature they are allowing the corruption to enter into the judiciary. A Judge can rule a law passed by the legislature as unconstitutional. TIME TO USE MARBURY V. MADISON (1803)n“Apparently a great many people have forgotten that the framers of our Constitution went to such great effort to create an independent judicial branch that would not be subject to retaliation by either the executive branch or the legislative branch because of some decision made by thosenjudges.” U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor (March 16, 2009).

Apparently they don’t read the US Constitution as they just violated this month due process Rights of property owners.
