Extraordinary efforts by building management, AC Transit and Muni to keep this a viable transit hub for late night East Bay commuters during the pandemic cutbacks. Particularly since BART has all but abandoned us. After a few initial weeks of disruptive passengers and other abusers facility security and transit supervisors seem to have matters well in hand. The place remained clean and the remaining transit runs on time and fairly frequently.

This place is alright, they have free WiFi so that warrants a few stars. I really can't be mad at this place, the guards can seem pushy but they are also quick to help someone get on a bus, or hold a bus when they're late or even when they don't have enough money. Good people.

A pleasant, well-designed addition to downtown. Clean (including bathrooms), with attractive plants, nice walkway, with fountains and plenty of benches. I wish there were more food options there during the weekend.

Clean area, no panhandlers and security guards very visible.
