Loved this place! The room I stayed in wasn’t huge, but it was definitely comfy and worth the $135/night. Loved the bedding, it was so fluffy and cozy! And the bathroom was huge (it may have been a handicap accessible room though...), the shower had two separately controlled shower heads, and marble floors and walls (I think). Very nice. I enjoyed my day.

One of the worst nights of sleep I had.nIt seems like this hotel did not have fresh air inside the rooms since it was built. Windows are sealed for customer safety and no central air system.nThe air is so stuffy that the smell in the rooms and hallways resembles urine, I gagged the moment I got out of the elevator. And honestly, I see why they sealed the windows. Jumping out crossed my mind. If it wasn’t late, I would’ve left and went somewhere else. I thought I might be able to fall asleep but unfortunately no luck. It does have an AC on the wall (European style), people probably don’t know this, but it just circulates the air that is already inside the room.nnNice staff and lobby, though.

Firstly, before even booking I called the hotel to inquire about parking, associated fees, etc., and I was met with the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.nThis was my first trip to San Francisco and the hotel really doesn’t disappoint.nYea, there are homeless people and not the best looking sidewalks, but this can be expected from any metropolitan area. The hotel is in a great location and there are plenty of great rest within walking distance.nParking, yes $35, but that is the cheapest. At other hotels the rates were $50+. The garage on Geary is literally not far at all, it can be a bit of a hassle with bags, but you can always unload in front of the hotel.nYes, the rooms are small, but they are filled with lots of character (and pineapples)! My sister and I shared a room and brought along her dog and we all had more than enough room. Besides who wants to stay in a room all day? The big plus was being able to use google cast on the tv. The maid service was more than pleasant with replacing anything that I need.nThere was a smell of marijuana even though there is no smoking and my sister and I were awakened by the sound of the upstairs guests “mating.”nWe were compensated for our troubles and greatly appreciate it.nIf you have a room near the elevator, you will be able to hear people and the elevator. The room keys also get deactivated a lot which can be a hassle so hopefully that gets fixed in the near future. We were also given $10 a day to use for snacks and drinks and no they aren’t overpriced.nOverall, the hotel is definitely a place I would not hesitate to book if I come back to San Francisco!! Thank you for the great hospitality!! An even bigger thanks to the manager on duty during Easter weekend!!

It was okay but not worth it. It says smoke free but I woke up a few times from people smoking weed. Plus you could smell it in the hallway. The bathrooms were very nice and the rooms were kept clean. There is no parking at the hotel. If you are concerned about the area, I wasn't too fond of the area around the hotel. We saw needles in the street as well as a lot of dog poop walking from the parking garage to the hotel.

Lobby was beautiful upon arrival. Staff was quite nice but the hallways that the rooms were located on were quite dated and odd. First room did not have working ac so we were moved to another room very quickly, staff was nice. Second room also had no ac but did not reach out to the front desk after because weather was nice outside. Rooms were small but efficient. Room and sheets were clean but bathroom cleaning was ok. Water marks on counters and a little dusty. loud noises from outside because the windows are very thin. No parking on sight which was very inconvenient, costed $40, you have to walk to parking garage. Overall, would not probably return but enjoyed the management and staff of the hotel.
