Moscone Center

I got my first vaccine shot here, and I was so pleased at how streamlined and organized everything was. The line kept moving. From arrival to receiving my shot was only 5 minutes total. Observation took 15 minutes. Then I was free to go about my day.

Vast and somewhat pricey selection of booze bottles ranging from $15 up to $1500. The shelves go up into neck craning territory , like two stories high and include many single malt whiskeys, wine vintages of note and rare rums you've likely never swallowed. Helpful staff takes the edge off what could be an intimidating atmosphere in a store that simply could not have existed on this corner during decades past when Casket Outlet was across the street.

I had never been on the USF campus until going to the Academy of Sciences. This is a really great museum. It has a lot of educational value but also really interesting exhibits. It was sort of part zoo and part aquarium too with live exhibits, such as many types of fish and a butterfly area. I was pleasantly surprised how fast the day went walking through the place and really enjoyed the experience.

No parking. Only street parking available unless you park in the parking garages. Be careful of the one-way streets. Hot my vaccine here today. Felt safe and comfortable.

Love the Moscone Center, I've been for several events and the staff, facility and it's location in the city always delight! Got my second Pfizer vaccine shot today and it went smooth as butter. I had a 10:30p appointment and I was out of building at 10:55p! Awesome!
