Meredith at this store made me feel so horrible and I feel racially profiled. The moment I walked into the store she followed me as if I was going to steal something. Then when I found the purse I wanted she told me it wasn’t on sale and it would never go on sale and then grabbed the bag out of my hand and put it back... I could have bought the bag 3 times but I had to walk out. I have never experienced this in my life and will not be coming back. Meredith, do better.
Clean and light shopping floor. Shopping space is a bit small/crowded. Employees are basically nice, friendly, and helpful. Check out speed is normal. Credit cards accepted. Public restrooms are nearby in short walking distance. Free parking available.
This kate spade store is excellent. The service was the best I have ever received in a retail Kate Spade shop. At some other locations, the staff can be very pretentious, but in this store, the salesperson could not have been friendlier. She worked very hard to find everything my friend and I were asking for, and I ended up buying a pair of shoes. She also told us about a special promotion they were having, and did not treat my friend differently even though she had a budget in mind.nnIt was a very fun experience. Go to this store if you like Kate Spade!!!
