Great location. Easy to get to buy car and plenty of parking. Surrounded and connected to a gold field, Park, and the nearby Ocean Beach. Really enjoy coming here on walks to admire the view of the bay and the Golden gate bridge and to kind of explore a little bit of nature outside of the hustle and bustle of the nearby neighborhoods. unfortunately with covid the museum has an open for some time however it's still nice just to walk around the premise and admire the views and the coastal trail. Highly.

Anna Spreckels gift to San Francisco, the Legion of Honor museum. Entering this museum, you feel as if you are in France. Today I saw the Rubens exhibit and I was transported into another time. Ruben's like Caravaggio was a master at expression and realism.

Free for military:) you can wander around for hours because there’s so much to see.

Just shot a maternity session here last week and it was beautiful! The courtyard is closed but it's still a really pretty spot to shoot at. Can't wait for it to reopen.

This is a gorgeous museum with great art shows!! Fabulous! I saw Catherine the Great’s diamonds there. The size of walnuts!! I kid you not. The drive up the hill to the museum is lovely, along a golf course. The drive along the coast is very scenic. Looks like the scene of a commercial for a very expensive car. Visit, and you won’t be disappointed.
