A shrine for lovers of photography. Always something captivating on display. Also a wonderful array of publications and posters available. Very helpful staff.

This is by far the best mixed gallery spaces with studios of great artists. They always feature a master photographers work in addition to inspiration from Master artists from all practices of Art.nnThe gallery space is very conducive for observation both individually and as a group.nnBring snacks, you'll be here all day.nnMake sure to take the time before going to see what artists are currently there and where they can be located.nnThis gallery always has something new to observe as they have a rotating schedule and are constantly changing the space for each show.nnBe sure to get your tickets at least a few days in advance so that you are insured a time that works best for you and your group..nnThe gallery space is very conducive for observation both individually and as a group.nnThis gallery always has something new to observe as they have a rotating schedule and are constantly changing the space for each show.nnBe sure to get your tickets at least a few days in advance so that you are insured a time that works best for you and your group.nnI definitely recommend making time to check out this gallery.

The best gallery dedicated to photography on the west coast. The shows are usually interesting and the staff can be friendly or sometime a bit stuffy. It's an art gallery, afterall.nIf you're doing some serious photo-shopping, ask them to show you their collection of historic prints. There are some beautiful Carleton Watkins images of Yosemite.

Rather for inspiration or purchase a masterpiece this gallery will make you travel through the centuries with photographs. I really recommend it

Great place. Saw an interesting art exhibit there. Most exhibits are free.
