Avoid AVR at all costs! They used to be so good and I’ve used them for years but not anymore! Had them do a title transfer for our Kenworth over a month ago and still no paperwork from them proving it was even done - today we went to the office because Kerri told us she had our title and my husband sat there for a HOUR yes people an hour only to be told she doesn’t know where the paperwork is along with a lie that she had emailed to us weeks ago yet she cannot forward said email. Now we have a 30k lawn ornament and no title - DO NOT USE THEM!

Waiting 2 months for IRP registration nobody give me current answer and we get license plates and registration from another place same day
Please do not go here. Its not worth it anymore. Your registration hangs for weeks without any answer its just headach.. save your time go somewhere else or you will get stuck!
This place is a mess avoid them. They have had my paperwork for over a year. They do not return calls or emails. My task was simple register my 74 ford f100 and get new new plates. They lost my title. I worked with 4 different people including cerrie the own. I would show up at the office weekly with the same story your inline at the DMV. They also we're assignng classic plates to my 66 mustang. I paid 300 for the plates. Again almost a year and it one lie after another. Avoid this place. I cannot understand how they keep thier right to be a authorized DMV agent.
