Capital wholesale electric was recommended by my general contractor and so I went to this store to buy items needed for the kitchen and bathroom renovations. Was extremely pleased with the customer service provided. The owner’s daughter Amanda was so helpful in showing me different hardwares for the drawers. She took her time in helping me and I truly appreciate that. I didn’t feel rushed to make my decision. I highly recommend checking this family owned business. This store carries a whole array of high end appliances as well as good mid grade products. I found a store that I can comfortably go back for future projects. Thank you Amanda for your help and your smile.

They hired a legal team and threatened to sue me for slander for writing a 2 star review but could not provide the evidence to back their claims!nIn short, a product I bought through them was very delayed which was not Capital's fault but getting my money back (and the customer service) from Capital was not to the level to which I expected. I would strongly not recommend them.

Capital Wholesale Electric, simply the best...an institution in Sacramento, 65+ years...outstanding service, products which are superior and timeless. Moe and his Team recently refurbished 4 light fixtures for us...returned them better than new! All within a week, and very reasonably priced...I recommend Capital Wholesale without hesitation, a job that will be done right, the first time!

Best experience. Don't let the small space fool you. Not only are there hundreds of things to see in person, but they are willing to work with you on products that you may have seen elsewhere. I purchased my entire kitchen set-up with Kas (4 appliances) and he held my hand through the entire process, gave me deals I don't believe I could have gotten elsewhere with rebates and specials, and they were kind enough to hold my order while I waited for the remodel to progress (NINE months). Once delivered and installed (which he took care of setting up for us), he contacted me with all the pertinent information to get products registered, warranties set up, and walked me through it all online. Crazy good customer service. And its not just appliances - lighting, sinks, cabinet hardware, fixtures, etc. I will be back!

Kasra recently went above and beyond in helping us getting an issue resolved with the manufacturer of a range we purchased from Capital Wholesale a few years ago. We were immediately able to get the proper parts and repair thanks to his help! We appreciated his dedication in following up with us multiple times to make sure everything was taken care of and in working order. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Capital Wholesale again knowing that they take such good care of their customers even after a few years of purchase!
